Completed in 1958, Phillips Hall is home to the Education, Journalism, Philosophy, Psychology, and Religion departments. Ohio Wesleyan's annual Commencement ceremony is held on the terrace of Phillips, with students' family and friends seated under the trees of the broad, sloping glen.
