Teaching Learning Innovation (TLI) Grants

Teaching, Learning, and Innovation (TLI) Grants

Teaching, Learning, and Innovation (TLI) Grants are to be used for institutional self-renewal and faculty and curricular development. Funded by several Presidential discretionary endowments, funds will be made available directly to tenure-track faculty primarily to improve the pedagogy through innovative teaching and curricular development proposals. Generally, the most favorable reviews are given to proposals with a well-thought out research/development plan, a judicious and well-developed budget, and that will clearly advance the faculty member's competence in teaching and/or research.

Review process: Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs

Due date for proposals: Nov. 18, 2023 and March 18, 2024

Decision date: Approximately 3-4 weeks after the deadline

Funding dates: November deadline (calendar year: January 1 - December 31 of the following year); March deadline (fiscal year: July 1 - June 30 of the following year)
