FBI Honors Intern Program: all field offices and headquarters locations

The FBI Honors Intern program is open for applications from 8/16 until 9/15.  Application may be made on www.fbijobs.gov.  This posting canvasses for intern positions in all field offices and headquarters locations.  The posting is open to undergraduate and graduate students who will graduate in fall 2020 or later.  Selected interns will have the opportunity to work side by side with FBI employees on case support, research projects, program management projects, and more.  The FBI expects to make conditional job offers in October and begin background investigations in November.  The background investigation includes a drug test and a polygraph.  For more information, go to www.fbijobs.gov/students/undergrad

North Central OH Solid Waste District: Two Recycling Education Outreach Interns

The North Central Ohio Solid Waste District (NCO) has a goal to reduce contamination levels and increase participation for the curbside recycling program in the City of Marysville. NCO is seeking to hire two interns to assist our staff with the following in 2019: 1. Educate residents on recycling, contamination rates, and acceptable materials. 2. Represent NCO at outreach events 3. Conduct the curbside recycling education initiative. These internships are paid. 


Ohio Wildlife Center: Wildlife Ambassador: Columbus, Ohio

Ohio Wildlife Center is dedicated to fostering awareness and appreciation of Ohio’s native wildlife through rehabilitation, education, and wildlife health studies. Ohio Wildlife Center is looking for dynamic, energetic students searching for a stepping stone into veterinary, zoology, wildlife management, environmental education, animal science or non-profit professions.

Internships include specialized training in an area of interest and require additional training as a first responder on our Wildlife Information Line. Interns receive rewarding, comprehensive experiences at one of the largest wildlife rehabilitation centers in the country. 


Small Biz Cares: Summer internship: Nonprofit Leadership

Small Biz Cares seeks a summer intern who is interested in helping joining a young, entrepreneurial nonprofit organization focused on mobilizing small businesses for community impact. This person will be working with leadership to connect with local businesses and nonprofits, support marketing efforts and assist leadership on key programs.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Assist leadership on programs, marketing, and important initiatives
  • Connect the organization with other businesses and nonprofits
  • Work with marketing agency to execute marketing programs

Compensation and Hours: Full or part-time – Unpaid internship, however, mileage and lunch is covered by Small Biz Cares
