Using the form below, your organization can request to hold an on-campus interview day, information session, or campus center lobby table with interested OWU students.

Information sessions — Due to class schedules, we recommend that your information sessions be held during the lunch hour (noon - 1 p.m.) or in the evening.

Interviews — There are two interview rooms available, and interviews can be scheduled anytime from 9 a.m. - noon and 1-5 p.m. (offices are closed from noon - 1 p.m.). Special arrangements can be made for interview times in the evening past 5 p.m. Please discuss this with the Director of Career Services.

Campus Center Lobby Table — The HWCC Campus Center is the hub of student activity and is particularly busy Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. as students gather for lunch and meeting with friends. We strongly recommend this time slot (11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.) in order to assure student traffic.

Career Services requires at least two weeks advance notice in order to reserve space and advertise your upcoming visit. Only one information session or two lobby tables may be scheduled per semester.
