Potential Openings for Part-Time Dance Instructors

Ohio Wesleyan University is a selective, private, undergraduate liberal arts, residential institution founded in 1842 and is located just 20 miles North of Columbus. The Department of Theatre & Dance invites applications for qualified dance instructors for possible part-time teaching positions. Courses could range from intro-level non-major courses to lower-level modern/contemporary to styles classes (such as ballet, jazz, musical theatre and somatics, etc.)

****The Department is particularly seeking a ballet teacher for the fall semester to teach a class on MWF from 10:00 am to 11:50 am ****

Successful candidates will possess a Master’s degree in the discipline, with college-level teaching experience preferred. Must be able to teach daytime classes only on varying days and times during the week.

Classes will be held in the brand new, fully equipped Jannuzi Dance Studio.
