The Student Leadership Challenge is a five-session workshop that offers information and training to assist you in measuring and improving your student leadership behavior. The workshop is based on the book of the same name, written by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.

In their words, the leadership challenge...

"...is about how student leaders mobilize others to want to get extraordinary things done in organizations. It's about the practices they use to transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innovations, separateness into solidarity, and risks into rewards."

The workshop is in five sessions—one for each Leadership Practice - as defined by Kouzes and Posner. Once you commit to the Student Leadership Challenge, you will be sent instructions to complete a Student Leadership Practice Inventory. This inventory will provide you with a 360-degree view of your leadership behaviors, as others see you and as you see yourself—this in an incredibly valuable tool for young leaders!
