The Ross Art Museum strives to be a vital learning and resource center, deeply embedded in the campus of Ohio Wesleyan and committed to the tradition of the liberal arts. Beyond our annual schedule of exhibitions and programs, the museum has customized offerings for faculty, staff, and students. We provide research, teaching, and exhibition opportunities for faculty across disciplines. Students may take a class with the director, gain real-world experience through work-study or internships, and connect with visiting artists.

We recognize that impactful sites for learning are places where people enjoy spending time. The Ross offers a variety of openings, events, and programs that provide a low-key space for collegial connection. We are committed to inclusion, and the museum is a certified Safe Zone on campus. Join us during an opening to see a new exhibit, take time to stretch and breathe during yoga in the galleries, or schedule the space for a campus event.

In addition to serving as an academic museum, the Ross also acts as a resource for the Delaware and Central Ohio communities. Our exhibitions and openings are free and accessible to all. Staff members are happy to provide tours of the exhibitions to community groups on request with advance notice. We are also happy to explore collaborations with other organizations and look forward to expanding these opportunities in the future.
