A Little Bit About Me
Carolyn received a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Bowling Green State University and her M.L.H.R. from Ohio State University. As a Corporate Recruiter for the Limited Inc., was responsible for multi-level recruiting across all business areas. She developed a structured Internship Program to increase recruiting and retention efforts and facilitated On-Boarding to all new Associates and Interns. At Indiana State University she designed and implemented a centralized recruiting system utilized campus wide for all faculty and staff. She was also a member of the S.E.V.I.S (Student Exchange and Visitor Information System) committee.
