Josie Bair

About

Josie Bair joined the Communication Department at Ohio Wesleyan University in 2024. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and completed graduate studies in Communication and Teaching and Learning with a literacy focus. In addition to her role as a Communication professor, Josie serves as the Executive Director of the OWL Program at OWU. She is passionate about using the communication process to form meaningful connections and help individuals recognize that our similarities far outweigh our differences. Josie's work emphasizes fostering empathy, bridging gaps through dialogue, and building a more inclusive and connected community at OWU.
