“Students for a time, alumni for a lifetime.”
Numerous alumni volunteer their time, talent, and treasure in support of Ohio Wesleyan University reunions every year. Their service to their alma mater is invaluable as part of the network of alumni who are “in the know” and who share their knowledge with classmates and with OWU. This volunteer role is a vital part of maintaining Ohio Wesleyan’s reputation as one of the premier liberal arts institutions in the country.
The reunion volunteer is dual capacity role, working both on fundraising functions and social planning for reunion events. As a volunteer, you should be able to speak to your class gift and the importance of giving to Ohio Wesleyan. You should bring ideas to the committee on how to make the reunion unique and special to your class, and most importantly reach out and talk to as many classmates as possible!
