Sandusky St.\, Delaware\, followed by a public reception from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the nearby Ross Art Museum. “Matter of Fact\,” an exhibition of oil paintings by Todd Gordon\, who grew up in Delaware\, and “Sur\,” featuring paintings by Paul Ching-Bor\, will be displayed from Oct. 1 through Nov. 13 at the Richard M.
