Kappa Alpha Theta presents: CASA Carnival\, a harvest carnival full of games\, prizes\, a costume contest\, face painting\, food\, and more! All proceeds go to Delaware County&rsquo\;s Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and the Theta Foundation. CASA is a national organization of advocates who judges appoint to speak for the safety and well-being of abused and neglected children in the foster care system. The Theta Foundation provides women with funding opportunities so they can reach their fullest potential. Tickets cost $5! Come join the community for what&rsquo\;s sure to be a great event!
