Winter St.\, Delaware. Of her work\, the Mount Gilead resident says: &ldquo\;I was introduced to the equestrian world as a young girl. &hellip\; My desire is not to produce sentimental images of the horse\, but to observe and study its complex and beautiful form in nontraditional situations and circumstances.&rdquo\; Strait&rsquo\;s exhibit is being held in conjunction with Delaware&rsquo\;s Sept. 8 All Horse Parade and Sept. 19 Little Brown Jug harness race. An artist&rsquo\;s reception will be held in conjunction with the Sept. 6 opening. Gallery 22 is open from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Admission is free.
