DESCRIPTION:Event Description: This presentation will explore the needs wants and desires of our college students. These students are called Generation Z\, colloquially known as Zoomers\, because of their lifelong connection with technology. Gen Z is the demographic cohort succeeding Millennials and preceding Generation Alph. Often\, higher education professionals struggle to make connections\, effectively communicate with\, and understand the lived experiences of our current college student. This presentation will draw attention to the challenges current higher ed professionals have making connections and highlight some solutions.
