Before joining the banking industry\, McComb was an entrepreneur\, launching several successful businesses\, including a security system and installation company. He later sold the security business to a national firm and became one of its vice presidents. McComb&rsquo\;s presentation represents OWU&rsquo\;s 2018 Heisler Business Ethics Lecture.
