He is the author of &ldquo\;The American West and the Nazi East: A Comparative and Interpretive Perspective&rdquo\; and &ldquo\;The Holocaust as Colonial Genocide: Hitler&rsquo\;s &lsquo\;Indian Wars&rsquo\; in the &lsquo\;Wild East.&rsquo\;&rdquo\;
