Selection Sunday is March 15. You'll be able to lock in your picks starting that evening\, 6 p.m. for the Women's bracket selection and 8 p.m. for Men's bracket selection -- but don't wait too long&mdash\;all brackets must be finalized before the first tip-off of the tournament.
