Of &ldquo\;Seed\,&rdquo\; critics have said\, &ldquo\;The poems in &lsquo\;Seed&rsquo\; are luminous and intimate. With emotional clarity that surprises and enriches\, David Eye has crafted a debut that illuminates how queerness shapes and shelters the self.&rdquo\;
Eye&rsquo\;s work also has appeared in journals and anthologies including The Queer South\, Hunger Mountain\, and Lambda Literary. He is the recipient of a 2017 Walter E. Dakin Fellowship in Poetry and a 2014 Tennessee Williams Scholarship in Poetry from the Sewanee Writers&rsquo\; Conference.
He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University and is working as a visiting assistant professor this year at Ohio Wesleyan. Admission is free.
