DESCRIPTION:Ohio Wesleyan is participating in the 2020 National Roll Call on Veteran's Day\, Wednesday\, November 11th. The National Roll Call is a nationwide event where officials at other participating colleges and universities read aloud the names of veterans simultaneously.
At 12:30pm on Wednesday\, November 11th\, the names of OWU members who have fought and died in armed conflict will be read aloud\, followed by a moment of silence and the playing of taps. The roll call will take place at the Veteran's Memorial on campus by the library on the JAYwalk. The names listed on the memorial will be the ones read aloud as a reminder of these Bishops' ultimate sacrifice for their country. The event will last about 15-20 minutes.
