Take back the Night is an event centered around the mission of ending sexual\, romantic\, and domestic violence. On Tuesday October 29th\, students interested will meet at the Painted Rock outside Smith Hall at 6PM. We will then march through campus. We are hoping to hold poster making events/have tabling ahead of time to allow students to make posters ahead of time\, though all are welcome to bring their own signs or even to come without them. We plan on ending our march either on the Jaywalk or the Atrium (weather depending) and holding a speak out. Attendees are welcome to prepare poems\, stories of personal experience\, or something as simple as words of support for survivors. All are welcome. SAGE will be hosting a debrief after the event with both confidential OWU staff and Sexual Assault Response Network staff. We hope to see anyone who is interested there!
