In celebration of the final meeting of The Midwest Japan Seminar for 2018-19\, host Dr. Anne Sokolsky (Department of Comparative Literature) is pleased to announce in the spirit of a Japanese-style taidan (対談)\, a conversation between famed Japan scholar and OWU alumnus Dr. Ezra Vogel &rsquo\;50 and long-time colleague and friend Dr. David Plath. They will talk about their early years doing social science research in Japan.
