Counseling Services is sponsoring FREE Chair Massage (sign-up sheet available on sight\, first come\, first serve) on Tuesday\, March 28th\, 11am-1pm as a part of Wellness Week. Massage therapy has been shown to have multiple benefits\, including increased relaxation\, decreased stress hormones\, and reduced muscle tension. Located in the Atrium in front of the Fireplace. Students are also welcome to use the massage chairs located in the Counseling Services office (HWCC 324).
