DESCRIPTION:Yoga for Your Mental Health is every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the Month from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm in the Chapel on third floor of Hamilton Williams Campus Center.Yoga has been shown to positively benefit mental health concerns\, including stress\, depression\, anxiety\, and trauma. Come destress for this hour-long slow flow\, hatha practice taught by Shayla Krecklow LPCC. Attendance is free and limited to 25 students. Mats are provided and no sign up is needed.
