Nate Axelrod ’18 earned the Jostens Trophy as the nation’s most outstanding NCAA Division III men’s basketball player, the first OWU player to receive the honor. The trophy recognizes excellence on the court, in the classroom, and in the community. Axelrod, a point guard, was also named NCAC Player of the Year for the third year in a row, making him the first men’s basketball player in conference history to be so honored.
