4:10 p.m. September 30 – George Washington University professor Cynthia McClintock, Ph.D., will discuss “The Crisis of Democracy in Latin America,” in Room 312 of the R.W. Corns Building, 78 S. Sandusky St., Delaware. McClintock is a professor of political science and international affairs, a former president of the Latin American Studies Association, and a former fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Her latest book is “Electoral Rules and Democracy in Latin America.” McClintock’s presentation is sponsored by the Latin American Studies Program. Admission is free.
