Community Film Series screening of “Frame by Frame,” a documentary following four Afghan photographers and exploring the urgency of photojournalism in recording life in present-day Afghanistan (Dari with English subtitles and English), at The Strand Theatre, 28 E. Winter St., Delaware. Tickets are $6.50 for general admission and $5.50 for students with valid student IDs. The series is sponsored by the OWU Department of English and The Strand.
