Ohio Wesleyan's enrollment deposit is a one-time, non-refundable fee that secures a student's place in the incoming class and supports enrollment services that begin well before arrival, including orientation, academic advising, and housing. As a result, it is not applied as a credit toward tuition or other billed charges.
First-year students (U.S. and International) for fall can accept the offer of admission by submitting a $300 enrollment deposit on or before May 1. Please note: The enrollment deposit is not refundable if you do not enroll.
Transfer students (U.S. or International) can accept the offer of admission by submitting a $300 enrollment deposit by the date indicated in your admission offer. Please note: The enrollment deposit is not refundable if you do not enroll.
U.S first-year and transfer students have two ways to pay the enrollment deposit:

Ohio Wesleyan reserves the right to revoke admission or enrollment of incoming first-year students or other individuals who have not enrolled at and attended credit-bearing courses at the University prior to the first day of classes without engaging in the conduct process. Admission or enrollment may be revoked as a result of lack of academic progress, arrest or criminal conviction, disciplinary matters and/or other behavioral concerns that may violate University policy or that otherwise reflect poorly on the University. In submitting your enrollment deposit, you acknowledge the right to revoke admission or enrollment in these circumstances.
