The OWU Tournées French Film Festival presents “Li’l Quinquin,” a dark, slapstick comedy about a series of grisly murders, two bumbling police officers, and a group of local youths who investigate on their own. The film also takes stock of the racism and xenophobia plaguing this small seaside town (French with English subtitles).
