The Poets & Writers Reading Series will host novelist and screenwriter Damien Ober. He will read from his novel Doctor Benjamin Franklin’s Dream America.
Ober is the screenwriter adapting OWU professor Robert Olmstead’s novel Far Bright Star for Casey Affleck’s Murderers’ Row Motion Picture Group. Joaquin Phoenix is slated for the lead role. Far Bright Star will be Affleck’s directorial debut.
