"Sprawl: OWU Faculty Show" exhibition, at the Richard M. Ross Art Museum, 60 S. Sandusky St., Delaware. The exhibition will open with a free public reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 16. The OWU Department of Fine Arts, created in 1864, was one of America's first college art departments. It offers both Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees with majors in Studio Art, Art History, and Art Education. OWU's Fine Arts faculty are not only teachers but also working artists. Their 2025 exhibition will highlight their latest creations in ceramics, painting, photography, and more. During the academic year, the Ross Art Museum is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is handicap-accessible and admission is always free.
