David Hamilton Smith Greek Alumni Award Nomination Form

The David Hamilton Smith Award celebrates fraternity and sorority alumni who have shown exceptional dedication to their organization, the FSL and/or OWU community, or have distinguished themselves in their profession.

This honor is a lifetime achievement award given to a living OWU alumni/ae who graduated as a member in good standing of any NIC/NPC/NPHC fraternity or sorority. Please be as specific as possible in your letter regarding their work. Nominees must have graduated at least 10 years prior to the date of their nomination; self-nominations are acceptable.

Nominations are due by October 31, 2024 for the 2025 selection. Nominations submitted after October 31, 2024 will be considered for the 2026 selection.
