Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. – Deadline for supervisors to submit proposals (due to time constraints, this date and time cannot be extended)
Tuesday, March 10, 2026 – Notice to supervisors of accepted positions
Friday, March 13, 2026 – Student applications open/begin. Information about applicants will be made available to supervisors on a rolling basis
Friday, March 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. – Deadline for students to apply for positions (late submissions will not be accepted)
Monday, March 30, 2026 – Interviews can start (no offers yet)
Thursday, April 9, 2026 – Deadline for interviews to be completed
Friday, April 10, 2026 – Offers can be made (two-week turnaround to allow time to make an offer to a second choice candidate if needed)
Friday, April 24, 2026 – Offers close. Deadline for position acceptance to be agreed upon between supervisors and students
Monday, April 27, 2026 – Supervisors submit the Student Placement Form
Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – Appointment notice sent to student and supervisor
