Why Should I Do This?

The milestones listed in the OWU Passport represent activities shown to help students adapt successfully to a new college environment. We can't guarantee that completing your passport will equal college success, but the habits, activities, events listed in it are a great starting point for achieving academic, social, and mental well-being.

How Do I Earn Stamps?

You should log your completion of each milestone using the QR code on the back of your passport or by using the OWU Passport Log! You can also collect physical stamps at many campus-wide events throughout the semester. Look for the OWU Passport logo and a stamp booth. If you don't see a stamp booth, don't worry! We will use the digital log to track completion and prizes.

You need to be logged into your OWU account in order to submit this form. Check which profile you are using and make sure to switch to your official OWU gmail account rather than your personal one.

Can I Count an Event for More Than One Milestone?

Nice try! Each milestone must be achieved with a different activity. No double-counting allowed!

I Forgot to Log a Milestone! What Do I Do?

No worries. You can log milestones up to a week after the event occurred. Just use the OWU Passport Log!

Oh No! I Lost My Passport! What Do I Do?

Stop by the Student Involvement Office to pick up a new copy. If you've been tracking your milestones through the QR code, you won't lose the stamps you've already collected.

How Can I Tell How Many Milestones I've Logged?

Every time you log a milestone, you will get an email with a copy of your log. Make sure to keep these copies for your records.

What Do I Get for Completing My Fall Passport?

You will earn prizes for completing each section of your passport. If you collect enough stamps to complete the entire passport, you can earn some serious swag!  

What About Spring Semester?

You will get a new passport at the beginning of spring semester, with new milestones and opportunities to collect stamps.

How Can I Find out More About Individual Events?

Read the OWU Daily regularly and pay attention to the New@OWU newsletters. New events are being added regularly, giving you multiple opportunities to collect stamps.

What if I Think a Different Event Should Be Included in the OWU Passport?

We love suggestions for new milestones! Use the OWU Passport – Milestone Nominations form to nominate events for future inclusion. If you are an OWU faculty or staff member, you can pick up stamps/stickers to encourage attendance at your events from the Student Involvement Office.
