Major: Health and Human Kinetics (Sports and Exercise Management)
Minor: Economics
Marketing Coordinator, TravelBound

Jimmy is a recent alumnus of Ohio Wesleyan University who majored in Health and Human Kinetics with a specialization in Sports and Exercise Management, and minored in Economics. During his time on campus, he participated in the Health and Human Kinetics department student board, the Ohio Wesleyan Marketing Group, was an active member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, and completed two on-campus marketing internships.

During his junior year Jimmy completed an internship with the Ohio Wesleyan women's basketball team, after which he knew marketing was the field he wanted to go into full-time. The following year he worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern for the Office of Career Services where their events saw substantial increases in attendance and social media accounts saw tremendous growth.

During his senior year while working for Career Services, Jimmy learned of the Summer on the Cuyahoga program and decided to apply for several positions. Luckily he was offered a Marketing and Events internship with DigitalC, a newly-formed civic tech company in Cleveland. After successfully completing the internship, Jimmy was offered his current position of Marketing Coordinator with a company called TravelBound in New York City. His day-to-day tasks include managing their social media accounts, creating the content for their email marketing campaigns, helping analyze data for their segmentation strategies, and writing content for their blog.
