Colby, Class of 1967, retired vice president of policy at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and noted health services and policy researcher, discusses Health Policy: Addressing the Challenges We Face,” in Benes Rooms A and B of Hamilton-Williams Campus Center, 40 Rowland Ave., Delaware. Most recently, Colby, Ph.D., co-edited “Medicare and Medicaid at 50: America’s Entitlement Programs in the Age of Affordable Care.” His presentation is part of the Benjamin F.
