Dan Sharpe, a 2006 OWU Alum, will be leading this discussion and will be answering your questions around getting hired and working within the Non-Profit sector. Currently, Dan is the Vice President and leads the Community Research & Grants Management team at the Columbus Foundation. His responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of grant policies, program priorities, and strategic grantmaking. He has also served as the Director of Community Leadership and Nonprofit Effectiveness, and has years of experience in online media, project management and student engagement. He also provides a wealth of leadership insights as the graduate of Leadership Columbus and a past co-chair of the Create Columbus Commission. He was recognized as one of Columbus Business First’s 40 Under 40 for 2019. He graduated from OWU with a BA in Politics & Government and a Masters of Public Administration from the Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Affairs at Ohio University.
