Dawn Chisebe, Interim Chief Diversity Officer, is a lecturer in Black World Studies at Ohio Wesleyan. Additionally, she teaches our Black Women and Feminisms course each Spring in our Women’s and Gender Studies Program.

Terms and definitions are ever-evolving and changing and often mean different things to different people. They are provided as a starting point for discussion and understanding. Dawn will walk us through commonly used terms relating to race and ethnicity.
