7 p.m. Sept. 28 – The Sagan National Colloquium presents a video conversation with Edward Snowden, a former intelligence officer who served the Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agency as a subject matter expert on technology and cybersecurity. In 2013, he revealed the NSA was seizing the private records of billions of individuals not been suspected of wrongdoing, resulting in the most significant reforms to U.S. surveillance policy since 1978.
