Move-In Day Schedule for New Students

The Day is Finally Here! Welcome to Oh-Wooo!

Thursday, August 17, 2023

8 a.m.-12 p.m. – Arrive and move in to your residence hall.
Residential Life will be sending more information about move-in later this summer. New students who need to arrive early due to camps or programs will be contacted by their coach or program coordinator with their move-in information.

1-3 p.m. – Receptions 
Different areas (i.e., Economics Management Fellows, Legacy Families, Honors, Bishop Elevate (first-gen students) etc.) may choose to hold receptions. Invites to receptions will be sent directly to students and families.

3:30-5 p.m. – Bishop Welcome (Branch Rickey Arena) / Convocation / First Lap

5-7 p.m. – Free Time / Say Goodbye to Families
The rest of the program is for new students only.

7-8 p.m. – Camp Oh-Wooo Meeting (students only)

8-9 p.m. – Residential Floor Meeting (students only)
