• 4: Student Involvement Fair (SIF) registration opens

• 20: New student organization registration opens

• 20: Fall supplemental budget and initiative funding requests open

• 20: GO! OWU registration opens

• All president and treasurers are required to attend

• 20: Responsible Host Training | 4:30pm-6:00pm, HWCC 304

• 29: Annual registration deadline 

• 22: Day on the JAY | 11:30am-1:30pm, JAYwalk

• 26: Student Involvement Fair registration deadline 

• 28: Student Involvement Fair | 6pm-7:30pm, JAYwalk (rain location: Benes Room, Ham-Wil)

September 

• 4: Advisor Training | 12pm-1pm, Zoom

• 24: Deadline to register for GO! OWU 

• 27: GO! OWU (president & treasurer must attend to remain in Good Standing) | 10am-2pm, Benes Room

October 

• 1: Spring 2026 budget request opens

• 15: Responsible Host Training | 4:30pm-6pm, HWCC 304

• 17: New student organization registration deadline

• 17: Fall supplemental and reallocation budget deadline

• 31: Spring 2026 budget request deadline and initiative funding request

December

• 5: Last day for registered student organization events

• 5: Last day to purchase items
