"I'm an OWU graduate, class of 1995. I've been working at OWU since 1997 and love what I do. Working for my alma mater and being able to share my experiences with prospective students/families is what I enjoy most about being an admission counselor."

A Little Bit About Me
I’m married, with two kids, two dogs, two cats and several chickens. My daughter, Chase, is a high school senior who is involved in competitive gymnastics and pole vaulting. My son, Jackson, is a high school sophomore who is an avid snowboarder and is trying out pole vaulting. Our family loves traveling, camping and kayaking and other outdoorsy activities. In my spare time, I enjoy running. I've run lots of races, including several half marathons and 2 full marathons. I'm scheduled to run my 3rd full marathon in October 2017.
As an admission counselor, I really enjoy getting to know students/families and helping them through what can be a tumultuous college search process. A favorite moment for me is seeing a student I’ve recruited graduate four years later—a different, more mature, more worldly adult—and knowing that I played a role (even if only a small one) in that student’s transformation.
