Do you know a  student who you think would be a good fit for Ohio Wesleyan? Let the Office of Admission know!

OWU alumni and parent referrals of current high school students help us grow the Bishop family. Any student who is referred by an community member - alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, or friends - and applies, is admitted, and enrolls, will receive a $4,000 OWU Referral Award ($1,000 per year)!

The deadline to refer a student is December 15 of their senior year of high school.

College fairs are one of the most effective ways to introduce prospective students and families to Ohio Wesleyan. As an A/PART volunteer, you will serve as an ambassador, sharing your OWU story, answering questions about OWU life, distributing admissions materials, and bringing awareness to all the unique opportunities offered to our students.

A personal note can be the deciding factor for an admitted student. By sharing your story, you help turn a "maybe" into a definitive YES! Your outreach is a powerful tool to show prospective students why it's always a Great Day to be a Bishop.

All you need is a pen! We'll provide the OWU-branded postcards, postage, a messaging template, and a profile of your assigned students.

The Office of Admissions hosts crucial prospective student receptions throughout the year, both on campus and in various parts of the country. Your involvement helps us make these events successful and welcoming. You can choose to support these receptions by hosting, coordinating, or attending a local event, or by providing financial support to enhance the reception experience.

Be a part of a powerful personal welcome! The OWU Swag Delivery Program is an essential joint effort with the Office of Admission. 

Volunteers receive personalized bags of OWU-branded goodies and hand-deliver them to admitted or deposited students in their area. This personalized outreach is a crucial factor in helping prospective students feel connected to the Bishop family, resulting in a stronger yield rate and directly supporting our enrollment goals.
