Annex reopens as business accelerator
The Delaware Entrepreneurial Center at Ohio Wesleyan University opened in the remodeled Stewart Annex on Oct. 4 with an open house. The business accelerator, at 70 S. Sandusky St., is a collaboration among the University, Delaware County, and city of Delaware, the first such kind of partnership in the country.
