Community Film Series: 'Pride'

Inspired by a true story, Pride recounts what happens when striking coal miners in a small Welsh village in 1984 receive outspoken support from an unexpected—and perhaps unwelcome?—source: a small but enthusiastic group of gay activists from London. 

'Pride' is part of the Community Film Series at The Strand Theatre. General admission is $7 and admission with an OWU I.D. is $6. The Community Film Series is sponsored by the English Department at Ohio Wesleyan University.
