From ghost walking on campus to stargazing at Perkins Observatory to cheering for several OWU athletic teams in action, Family Weekend offered something for everyone.

More than 300 Ohio Wesleyan parents, students, and friends enjoyed a variety of activities and events during this annual weekend of fun on September 19-21.

Selected open classrooms enabled those interested to experience classes—without quizzes!

Bird-watchers took an early morning walk at OWU’s Kraus Wilderness Preserve, guided by zoology majors Cody Kent ’15 and Emily Johnson ’18.

Interesting lectures, informative career planning sessions, a breakfast with OWU President Rock Jones, and even a global festival promoting peace, justice, and sustainable existence through music and dance, rounded out a full weekend of fun, intellectual challenge, and engagement on a college campus that is all that—and more.
