L. Marshall Washington ’91 is named the new president of West Virginia’s New River Community and Technical College following a national search. The college has campuses in Beckley, Lewisburg, Ghent, Princeton, and Summersville, W.Va.

Washington earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Ohio Wesleyan and previously served as vice president of student services at Kellogg Community College in Michigan. Congratulations, Dr. President!
