Returning Students

Returning students who have received need-based financial aid in the past should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid application (FAFSA) every year.

The Department of Education will enable the next award cycle sometime in December 2023. The priority deadline for returning students is March 1st. To complete the FAFSA prior-prior year tax year information must be used. For example, if you are completing the 2024-25 FAFSA you would use 2022 tax information. You should have your tax returns and your parent(s) tax returns, W2’s, and bank statements available to complete the application.
