Veterans Affairs (VA) Benefit Resources

Service members eligible for Chapter 33 who still need to apply for educational benefits can do so at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs GI Bill® landing page.

Dependents of service members who have received transferred benefits, but still need to apply for educational benefits can do so at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs GI Bill® landing page.

Once you are registered for classes and have received your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA, your COE can be submitted in person or by email to the Registrar’s office. We can be reached via email at registrar@owu.edu, or by phone at 740-368-3200.
