Sharon Rose Howard '60, of Oriental, NC, Oct. 14, age 87. Sharon taught elementary school for many years, and lived in New England, Hawaii, and North Carolina. While raising the children, the family skied and sailed. Later on, she loved reading and knitting. She was predeceased by her parents and brothers, and is survived by her daughter Tara, son John, and three amazing grandsons. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority.
