Ohio Wesleyan Graduate to Discuss 'Your Human Advantage in the Age of AI' at Free Oct. 1 Event

DELAWARE, Ohio – Wandia Chiuri, a 2005 Ohio Wesleyan University alumna and acclaimed leader in executive branding and innovation, will discuss "Your Human Advantage in the Age of AI: How Judgment, Creativity, and Relationships Help Leaders Turn Change into Opportunity," when she presents OWU's 2026-2027 Robert L. Milligan Leaders in Business Lecture.

Chiuri will speak at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 1 in the Benes Rooms inside OWU's Hamilton-Williams Campus Center, 40 Rowland Ave., Delaware. The event is free and open to the public.

Chiuri is the founder and CEO of Reactionpower Inc., a Cupertino, California-based company that uses artificial intelligence insights to advise clients on executive authority, market influence, and growth.

Reactionpower helps clients to "be the leader who sees the shift before it hits and turns attention into action" through services that range from strategic intelligence; digital marketing services; executive branding and online reputation management; content, campaigns and community management; brand immersion and research; social media marketing; and paid media.

Chiuri's career has spanned some of the world's most influential companies and brands, including Google, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Nike, and Apple. Her work has taken her across industries, markets, and continents, but her commitment to leadership and creating meaningful impact began at Ohio Wesleyan.

As a student, she was named Most Outstanding Student Leader and received the Olive E. Day Award for her contributions to minority student life, vision, initiative, and leadership. She was also recognized for leadership with the Estephen McNell Award and the Golden Bishop Meek Award, and for her academic achievement with Dean's List recognition and membership in the Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Sigma Tau honor societies.

More recently, Chiuri has been recognized by Inc., AlwaysOn's Top 100, California's Top Women Leaders, and San Jose's Top 50 Women Leaders.

Ohio Wesleyan's annual Robert L. Milligan Lecture is presented by The Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship, which works to enhance teaching, learning, research, and community service at the university. The lecture series was established in 1992 with an endowment gift from Robert L. "Bill" Milligan, OWU Class of 1922, and his wife, Mary Cook Milligan, a 2002 honorary alumna, both deceased.
